Terms and Conditions


It is your responsibility to verify out-of-network mental health coverage with your insurance company before scheduling.
Here are some helpful questions to ask your provider:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health (behavioral health) benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible, and if so, has it been met?
  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
  • What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
  • What documentation is required, and where do I submit my claims?

A valid payment card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will be charged at the time of service, and it must have sufficient funds to cover the full balance of your session.

Due to past issues with non-payment, there are no exceptions to this policy.

  • All sessions are scheduled in Mountain Time (Salt Lake City, UT, USA).
    If you are in a different time zone, please use a time zone converter to ensure accuracy.
  • Sessions are conducted via video (telehealth) unless otherwise requested and agreed upon for in-person work in the Salt Lake City area.
  • If you would like to schedule an in-person session or request a time outside of my listed availability, please email me directly. A $50 surcharge will apply for all appointments scheduled outside of listed hours.
  • Clients also have the option to purchase a personalized energy healing via audio recording. This service is billed separately and must be prepaid.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice via email, call, or text if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will be charged the full session fee.

I prioritize my clients by holding space for each person I see. When a client cancels an appointment, I offer that space to other clients who need an appointment that week. When clients cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice or no-show, other clients miss out on an opportunity to be seen.

By scheduling a session, you agree to the above terms and acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage, submitting your own claims, and paying for all services at the time they are rendered.
